A food I really like it's pasta. I like every type; pizza, spaguetti, lasagna, ravioli, etc. Also, I like pasta with any accompaniment, like scrambled egg, pesto, Bolognese sauce, etc.
Pasta is made with a dough whose basic ingredient is semolina, mixed with water, and also other ingredients like, salt, egg or others can be added, forming a product that is generally cooked in boiling water.
I like it because a lot of reasons. In first place I think that it's delicious because of the flavor. Also, I like that it's so easy and fun to cook.
Pasta has both health benefits and detrimental effects. For example, eating pasta in excess, especially if you lead a sedentary life, can trigger overweight problems. But at the same time, it has benefits such as the high energy intake for people who perform physical activity.
